All Neoden products carry a limited warranty for one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Neoden USA will, at no charge, supply replacement parts for any of its products that experience failures due to defective parts or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; by the use of parts not supplied by Neoden USA; or by unauthorized modification of the product. Neoden USA makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Neoden USA is not liable for personal injuries caused by Neoden products, and the customer agrees that Neoden USA, its members, affiliates, employees, and agents are contractually released from any such liability for personal injury or other consequential damages.
For an additional fee, Neoden USA will extend this warranty for an additional two years past the expiration of the one-year limited warranty. Customers who purchase this extended protection will also receive telephone support during the warranty period, as well as on-site repair service if necessary. The customer agrees to use its best efforts to make any necessary repairs with parts supplied by NeodenUSA, and if unable to effect repairs, Neoden USA will provide technical support at the customer's facility in the United States or Canada.
