Description
The large format N10P PnP machine can accommodate up to eighty 8mm tapes in total, thirty-three on the front of the machine and forty-seven on the rear. Additional tray, short tape, and tube feeder positions are also provided. Best practice placement rate of 15,000 CPH means the N10P can deliver serious productivity with precision for your operation.

The N10P pick and place machine is the result of our decades worth of experience designing and manufacturing best-in-class SMT products. Providing next level performance, the N10P features an automatic programming software, an automatic nozzle exchange system, and built-in footprint and nozzle libraries to streamline setup and boost production efficiency while optimizing component per hour placement speed. The N10P delivers its great accuracy and speed thanks in part to the comprehensive 4-camera vision system and the precision ball screw placement system. Two upward-facing cameras for flying calibration and IC recognition ensure each part is properly oriented, applying any correction needed prior to placement. Two down-facing mark/fiducial cameras ensure accurate part picks and precise placements. The ball screw drive system positions the placement head quickly and ensures accurate PCB handling with the included self-adjusting automatic rail system to keep production yield up.
