Description
The ND450 optical system uses upward and downward cameras with a 10mm x 10mm field of view and programmable image capture settings for optimal detection of fiducials, solder pads, and stencil details. The camera system is equipped with a high-precision magnetic scale feedback system with repeatable accuracy of ±0.02mm. The 3-axis PCB adjustment platform can correct PCB position in X/Y/θ (±10mm, ±10mm, ±2.8°) for best alignment with the stencil, keeping positioning stable throughout production.
The intelligent pneumatic squeegee design with dual independent direct-drive motors uses real-time pressure control to manage solder application, maintaining pressure stability and ensuring consistency. Application pressure is user controlled from 0.5kg to 10kg, and available application speed selections range from 1 to 100mm/s. Squeegees can be optimized for 45º, 50º or 60º application angles to obtain best paste transfer to the PCB, while demolding speed (0.1 to 30mm/s) and length (0 to 10mm) are adjustable to reduce tailing and bridging on fine pitch boards. The stencil cleaning process runs in dry, wet, or vacuum modes, using controlled fluid spray, monitored paper feed, and a flexible lifting wiper with negative pressure assist to support thorough stencil cleaning.
A light mast is mounted on the machine and provides a clear visual alarm anytime the printing process is halted, and the Linux-based control software allows you to store print parameters for your projects, so product changeover is faster and more efficient.
